Process engineering is at the heart of our engineering services. A detailed requirements analysis with an inventory forms the basis of our holistic analysis of this system. Automation and migration concepts define the requirements to be met by the automation task and the operating and monitoring system.

Our concepts and detailed planning cover the entire process automation from the control level to the field level and from the system architecture to hardware and software design. We draw up specifications and monitor the integration of the automation system.

In particular, we focus on a comprehensive description of the interface, e.g. in the form of an interface manual, on requirements and change management that accompanies the project, and on established commissioning and test management processes. Our approach is based on the V-model described in ISO 15288.

Cyber security and IT security in accordance with ISO 27001 also place significant demands on modern process automation.

The energy supply and the electrical and IT infrastructure are an integral part of the overall system. Network and media technology as well as the entire technical building equipment in accordance with DIN 276 round out our services in this field.
