Control centers, public safety answering points, or integrated dispatch centers are responsible for dispatching the respective public service entities, e.g. fire departments, police, rescue services, technical relief organizations, disaster control, etc.

Due to the essential, vital duties that control centers perform for the population, the technology used must meet extremely stringent requirements. These high standards of security and availability of the technical equipment in use are reflected, for example, in redundancy or fail-safe concepts for the (control center) technology used and high standards of IT security, but also in the building technology used.

We plan and design the following systems, among others: Communication technology (wireless emergency call monitoring, telephone systems), control center systems, digital and analog radio systems, digital radio connections, high-availability network and server technology, virtualization environments, control center furniture, media technology (all in accordance with current standards and regulations).

The ever-increasing demands placed on control centers as a result of legislative requirements, regulations, and standards, on the one hand, and the rapid pace of innovation of the technology used, on the other, pose major challenges.

During an initial consultation, we will first analyze your needs and the requirements resulting from applicable laws, standards and regulations, e.g. DIN EN 50518 and other regulations, and then work with you to develop suitable and future-proof concepts! Thanks to our participation in various specialist committees, we are always up-to-date on current developments in the control center sector very early on and can therefore incorporate innovations at an early stage. We consider ergonomic aspects as well as redundancy requirements, taking IT security requirements into account at the same time.
