Ingo Treue has more than 20 years of con­­sul­t­ing and real-world ex­­per­i­ence in sys­tems en­­gin­eer­ing. As a se­ni­or con­­sul­t­ant and coach, he as­­sists cli­ents dur­ing sys­tem de­­vel­op­­ment pro­jects in the fields of sys­tems en­­gin­eer­ing pro­­ces­ses and me­th­ods, pro­ject and qual­i­ty man­a­ge­­ment, as well as stra­t­egy and rol­lout. Ingo Treue is a Cer­ti­­fied Sys­tems En­gin­eer­ing Pro­­fes­­sion­al (CSEP) and a mem­­ber of INCOSE and GfSE. As a tech­ni­cal ex­pert of the DIN (Ger­man in­sti­tu­te for stan­dar­di­za­ti­on) he re­pres­ents the Ger­man po­si­ti­on in the in­ter­na­tio­nal stan­dar­di­za­ti­on of sys­tems en­gi­nee­ring.
