She de­si­gns agile team pro­ces­ses, de­ve­lops lear­ning and trai­ning for­mats, and crea­tes in­no­va­ti­ve con­cepts for pro­fes­sio­nal de­ve­lop­ment. Car­men Mein­trup is a Pro­fes­sio­nal Scrum Mas­ter™ (PSM I), Pro­fes­sio­nal Scrum Pro­duct Ow­ner™ (PSPO I), De­sign Thin­king Fa­ci­li­ta­tor, and a cer­ti­fied Glücks­leh­re­rin through the Fritz-Schu­bert In­sti­tu­te.
